pabūklo vamzdis statusas T sritis Gynyba apibrėžtis Pabūklo dalis sviediniui norima kryptimi ir reikiamu pradiniu greičiu sviesti. Vamzdžio ertmė vadinama vamzdžio kanalu, užpakalinė vamzdžio dalis – ↑drūtgaliu. Drūtgalyje kanalas praplatėja – tai ↑užtaiso kamera. Priešakinė vamzdžio dalis – ↑laibgalys, o laibgalio ertmė –↑žiotys. Vamzdyje parako užtaiso (šaunamojo užtaiso) cheminė energija verčiama į sviedinio kinetinę energiją. Šūvio metu drūtgalys užrakinamas spyna. Kai kurie pabūklo vamzdžiai turi ↑laibgalio stabdį ir ↑ežektorių.
